TERMS OF SERVICE

The deal

Fore Skins Golf Co. provides a mobile app and website (collectively, the Service) that lets you score golf rounds, track skins, and run side games within a private group. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You need an account to organize a trip. You don't to join one by link. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

Don't share your account credentials with people outside your group.

The stakes

• Fore Skins is a scoring tool. We do not process money, hold money, or facilitate gambling.
• Any financial arrangements between players happen directly between you — we are not involved.
• Comply with the gambling and gaming laws of your state, province, or country. We can't and don't give legal advice.
• Don't use the Service for commercial bookmaking, organized gambling operations, or anything that requires a gaming license.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, or threats inside group chat features.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or trying to brute-force trip links.
• Side game descriptions: keep them legal. We reserve the right to remove anything that promotes illegal activity.
• Don't impersonate other players in your group.

Our content and yours

We own the app, the brand, the wordmark, and the typographic system. You own your scores, your trip data, and the names of your group members (or they do).

By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data inside the app and to people in your group. That's it.

Availability and changes

We aim for 99.9% uptime but the app may be unavailable during deploys, course outages, or acts of golf gods. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may add, modify, or remove features. Major changes (anything that affects how skins or settlements work) will be communicated in advance.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR YOUR GROUP'S MISCOUNTED SCORES, DISPUTED CARRIES, OR THE EAGLE THAT NEVER HAPPENED.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes go to arbitration unless prohibited by law.
